I. Placing an Order at Myangelickids.com

Due to the nature of the merchandise, shipping time frame, and conditional exchange process for perfect preference on our merchandise, customer should allow a time frame of two to three months before the date of the event in which the merchandise will be used. If the time frame is urgently short, we are not responsible for this short time frame.

When customer order from our website, our order form will collect customer’s first and last name, shipping address, e-mail address, contact phone number, and credit card number with the corresponding expiration date (if the credit card option is chosen as a form of payment). Customer will not be able to adjust the order or the order form once the information in the order form has been submitted. However, we may adjust your order form if we received information from customer in other sources and if customer received notification regarding to the change of the order.

Customer information will be saved in our company record for efficiency purpose so that customer can have a smooth shopping experience with us. All the information submitted in the order will not be shared with any third-party companies.

II. Payment Policy

For United States customers, we accept the following payment methods: PayPal Instant Payment, PayPal Electronic Check Payment, credit card or debit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA), money order, cashier’s check, or cash.

For other international customers, we only accept the following payment methods: postal money order in United States currency, PayPal Instant Payment, and PayPal Electronic Check Payment.

We do NOT accept the following payment methods for United States and international customers: personal check, and any gift card without corresponding billing address.

If you are placing your order with your credit card or debit card, the company name on your credit card or debit card statement will be appeared as Myangelickids.com.

III. Shipment Processing Policy

Once payment is received, the shipment of the order will be processed within 48 business hours (two business days) excluding Saturday and Sunday.

We offer the following shipping methods on our website.

USPS Express Mail: 1 ~ 2 business days  (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days  (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
UPS Ground: 1 ~ 6 business days  (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
USPS Parcel Post: 2 ~ 8 business days  (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

International Shipping*:

Global Express Guarenteed: 1 ~ 3 business days  (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
Express Mail International: 3 ~ 5 business days  (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
Priority Mail International: 6 ~ 10 business days  (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

(*Please note that the shipment of the order will be processed within 48 business hours (two business days) after the receipt of the payment. For further questions regarding to the shipping methods, please visit the delivery carriers’ official web sites. All shipments sent from Myangelickids.com contain tracking number (sometimes also known as delivery confirmation number).)

The cost required for different domestic and international shipping methods will be calculated within the order form before the submission of the order form. We do NOT accept any delivery carrier account numbers for shipping and handling.

For money order or cashier's check, customer must print clearly the first and last name, address, phone number, order number(s), style number(s), and size(s) in order for us to send the order. After we have received the money order(s) or cashier’s check(s), the shipment of the order will be processed within 48 business hours (two business days) after the receipt of the payment (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

For PayPal Electronic Check (E-Check) Payment, after customer has sent the Electronic Check through PayPal, customer will have to wait for approximately 3 to 4 business days for the electronic check to be cleared. The shipment of the order(s) will NOT be processed until the PayPal Electronic Check (E-Check) has been cleared and verified by PayPal.

Myangelickids.com is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen items, or other shipping errors caused by the delivery carriers (United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, etc…) unless insurance has been paid by customer in the order(s). Please note that United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service might not be responsible for shipping delays and other unmentioned shipping errors, as the authority of the decision is depended upon the delivery carriers.

Exchange fee and restocking fee are NOT exempted for packages that are returned due to shipping delays, lost or stolen items, or other shipping errors caused by the delivery carriers.

IV. Out of Stock Situation

If there are items that are not in stock at the time they were ordered by customer, then customer will be notified within 72 business hours (three business days) after the date of the order by primarily e-mail correspondence. Contact by phone could be made upon request. However, due to the privacy of the customers, phone messages will not be left if the call is not responded.

Under this situation, customer can either request for a new dress(es) of another style(s), color(s), or size(s) that has the same price of the original not-in-stock item(s), or customer can request to cancel the order.

Also please note that under this situation, the shipment of the order may be processed later than 48 business hours (two business days) after the receipt of the payment (excluding Saturday and Sunday). In this situation, we are not responsible for any requested expedite shipping methods for this delay. Please refer to Section I of this page regarding the time allowance of ordering at Myangelickids.com.
