There is a big rose flower pinned on the waistline for the elegance of the dress, and the flower is removable. The skirt has 4 layers. The inside layer is white satin attached with a netting to create the fullness for the dress; the middle layer is white satin, and the top 2 layers of fluffy white tulles with sky blue petals in it to make this dress more beautiful.
