The skirt has four layers. The inside layer is white satin attached with a netting for additional fullness; the middle layer is white satin; and the top is two layers of fluffy tulle. It has sky blue rose flowers attached to the outside layer of tulle to make this dress more beautiful. The back of the dress has a four-button closure and a tie sash for a perfect fit at the waist.
