Exchange & Return Policy

I. Exchange Policy

Please contact us via phone or email within 48 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make a Exchange.
If customer has received the order in the mail and would likef to request an exchange for different style(s), color(s), size(s), or item(s), customer should inform this request of an exchange to
Myangelickids.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. Exchange cannot be made for orders that are three weeks ago or more.

The following restrictions apply to all exchange packages:

I.1 Exchange Fee

For United States customers, there will be a US$15.00 exchange fee for exchanging ONE item, plus the difference between each original item’s and each new item’s regular prices (not discounted prices or special-offered prices). If there are more than one item that are needed to be exchanged in the same order and in the same shipment, there will be an additional US$10.00 exchange fee for each additional exchanging item (plus the price difference mentioned above if applicable).

For international customers (non-United States customers), there will be a US$40.00 exchange fee for exchanging ONE item, plus the difference between each original item’s and each new item’s regular prices (not discounted prices of special-offered prices). If there are more than one item that are needed to be exchanged in the same order and in the same shipment, there will be an additional US$10.00 exchange fee for each additional exchanging item (plus the price difference mentioned above if applicable).

Myangelickids.com does not issue store credit or refund if the price of the new item is less than the price of the original item. In other words, the exchange fee will still be remained at the listed rates above for the first exchanging item and for each additional exchanging item (plus the price difference mentioned above if applicable).

Exchange fee must be paid in cash, money order, or cashier’s check inside the returned package since exchange fee is not part of the original sale or the original transaction. There will be a 5% increase on the exchange fee if customer request to pay the exchange fee by credit card or debit card. Personal check is NOT acceptable for exchange fee.

I.2 Exemption of Exchange Fee

Exchange fee could be exempted for the following situations:

  • The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect color from the color listed in the order and in the description of the style web page.

Please note that Myangelickids.com only offer merchandise in general color, not any specific shade of a color or within a color. Myangelickids.com is not responsible for any particular shades within a color as this is a subjective opinion. Therefore, exchange fee is not exempted for the difference of any particular shade within a color in the same order or different orders placed at different time, as the color availability is depended on the manufacturer.

  • The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect size or measurements from the size listed in the order and the measurements listed in the size chart of the style web page.

Please double check the size(s) in the order form before submitting the order. For measurement accuracy, exchange fee could be exempted only if the measurement(s) of the actual item(s) is/are two inches difference or more compared to the measurements listed in the size chart of the style web page. Myangelickids.com does not hold any responsibility for any incorrect measurement that has one inch difference compared to the measurements listed in the size chart of the style web page, and therefore 20% restocking fee is not exempted for this situation.

  • The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect style from the style listed in the order.

Please double check the style(s) in the order form before submitting the order. Each style number represents a unique style at Myangelickids.com.

  • The original item(s) is/are in damage or stained condition.

Exchange fee could be exempted only if the damage or stained area of the item(s) is/are caused by the manufacturer. Myangelickids.com does not hold any responsibility for damage or stained items caused by the use or misuse of the item(s) by the customer, and therefore exchange fee is not exempted for this situation.

All returned items must meet the following condition, otherwise they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:

  • Exchange package(s) must include the following information: 4-digit order number, first and last name, shipping address, reason of the return, copy of the receipt, and any e-mail correspondences.
  • Item(s) is/are in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer.
  • Item(s) must have original tag(s) attached.
  • Item(s) must accompany its original plastic covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.

I.3 Shipment of the Exchange

Once we received the returned package by the customer in the qualified condition, the exchange will be processed and sent within 72 hours (three business days). We do not send out exchanged package until we received the original returned package sent by the customer or the tracking number or the delivery confirmation of the original returned package sent by the customer.

If the exchanging item(s) is/are dress(es), tuxedo(s), basket(s), or pillow(s), exchanged packages are sent by United States Postal Service Priority Mail or United Parcel Service Ground. If the exchanging item(s) is/are other accessories (ex. tiaras, gloves, hairpieces, etc…), exchanged packages are sent by United States Postal Service First Class Mail. The approximate time frame for the entire exchanging process is about two to three weeks. 

If customer would like to request for faster shipping methods, regardless of the situation of the exchange, customer is responsible for any additional cost required for any of the advanced shipping methods.

II. Return Policy

Please contact us via phone or email within 48 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make a Return.
If customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request a return for a refund, customer should inform this request of return to
Myangelickids.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. Customers have one week to return the item after the date when the return request has been approved by Myangelickids.com. Myangelickids.com will NOT accept returns if return request is not approved or if customer does not return the item on time.

The following restrictions apply to all returned packages:

II.1 Restocking Fee & Shipping and Handling Fee

For all returned packages of an order(s), there will be a deduction of shipping and handling fee paid in the order and a 20% restock fee from the refund.

II.2 Exemption of Restocking Fee

20% restocking fee could be exempted for the following situations:

  • The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect color from the color listed in the order and in the description of the style web page.

  • The original item(s) is/are in damage or stained condition.

20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fee could be exempted only for the item(s) that contain damage or stained caused by the manufacturer. Myangelickids.com does not hold any responsibility for damage or stained items caused by the use or misuse of the item(s) by the customer, and therefore 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fee are not exempted for this situation.

  • Customer has placed and received duplicate orders..

In the situation where customer have placed and received duplicate orders from Myangelickids.com, 20% restocking fee could be exempted only if the item(s) is/are in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer. However, shipping that was paid in the original order is non-refundable, and Myangelickids.com is not responsible for the shipping cost for the item(s) to be returned. 

  • The package was returned by the delivery carriers..

In the situation where the package that containing the merchandise was returned by the delivery carrier according to the delivery confirmation, 20% restocking fee could be exempted only if the package was not opened by the receivers. However, shipping that was paid in the original order is non-refundable.

All return items must meet the following condition, otherwise they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense::

  • Return package(s) must include the following information: 4-digit order number, first and last name, shipping address, reason of the return, copy of the receipt, and any e-mail correspondences.
  • Item(s) is/are in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer.
  • Item(s) must have original tag(s) attached.
  • Item(s) must accompany its original plastic covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories..

Used items or items that are damaged and/or stained by the use or the misuse of the items are not eligible for refund.

Refund will be issued within 72 hours upon the receipt of the returned package(s) that is/are qualified by the conditions listed above. All refunds will only be processed to the payment information and order information included in the original order(s).
